Well, I grew up a bit (a lot) and graduated college and a lot about me has changed… except the sadness. Back here to get back in touch with my more artistic side so I can be less miserable, I guess.
there’s no shame in just blocking people. there’s no shame in just deleting messages in your inbox that you don’t want to or can’t answer. it’s easy to feel like you have to acknowledge and respond to every person who addresses you on this website but you absolutely do not, and you should not if it’s negatively impacting your mental health.
